Cannot connect my Torch via Bluetooth with Desktop 7.0 ... Please help!!!!

Windows 7 32 bits

Blackberry Torch 9800

Desktop 7.0

Bluetooth Motorola Version 3.0

Compaq Presario CQ42 Notebook PC

 

Tools > Desktop Options > Bluetooth >>> Screen grey, will not allow to check Bluetooth Connection. "You computer does not have necessary support for Bluetooth functionality.

 

I have done this:

Deleted Desktop 7.0 and Blackberry Updated

Cleaned registry with CCleaner

Paired Torch with my laptop -- went fine

Downloaded Desktop 7.0 again

Configured Torch with Desktop 7.0

 

No prompt for bluetooth

What do I do?

Hi ajuabrenda,

 

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

It sounds like your computer may not have compatible Bluetooth® drivers to pair with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software. The BlackBerry® Desktop Software requires native Microsoft® Bluetooth® drivers.
