I recently tried to download new application,. I could not. When I tried to get into "my app world" I could not. I was given a message that password could not be found. I tried to enter new password ...I could not. I do not know what to do to try to provide password for app world requirements. Does anyone know what I should do to fix?

Have you tried changing your BlackBerry® ID password then try again? You can change your password by going to www.blackberry.com/blackberryid.
