Hey guys I really hope someone can help me! I was busy listening to music on my laptop through my bb. After I have plugged it out all my media went missing. Its still on the memory card as it still takes up space, but I don't know how to get it into my media folder or how to even find it for that matter! Please help

Have you tried removing and re-inserting your media card to see if the media re-appears? After accessing a media card on your computer, the BlackBerry smartphone has to re-index the media, which, depending on how much media is there, can take a few minutes. During the indexing process, media may not appear on your BlackBerry smartphone.

I did try that but the problem was that somehow my laptop had hidden my files. So I went into my files on my laptop selected properties and un ticked the "hidden" icon! After 6 hours it finally worked

Sounds like a PC trojan we got a few weeks ago.
Do a complete scan with antivirus on your PC and also with this app too
