Complaint regarding Blackberry Torch 9860

Dear All @ Blackberry 

 

Find attach below mails first, and study the problems....

  

I have 3 time visit blackberry service center  :smileysad:  but still I have not getting any solid positive response on my issues. i Want to swap my handset and want any new Blackberry handset with in this handset cost,

now my handset also in service center details aare below..

my all issues are increaseing and i want to solve it..

 

if i have not any positive reply than i will go to consumer court with all complaints....

its not fair because anybody had not reply on this issue...

Kindly revert back on below issue urgently, because i literally have faced many problems regarding this phone.

I just want to clear it to you that if you really want to solve this issue than put it on priority basis, otherwise I am not having another solution rather taking a legal step against this issue.

This is my last request and a clear warning that if you wont solve this issue…I have to take help of consumer law.

I have revisit your service center on 27/10/012  And found below detailed problems in my handset. As you know this device purchase on  19/07/012. And I have facing these kind of problems after 15 days. Again I said this device already one time replaced and after use I have found this device is old. By this I have face same kinds of problems.

Can anyone confirm that I have not facing these problems again…?  and status of this time????.

 

Detail :-

Work order no. XFS/BB/12/03134 (Dt- 27/10/012)

Modal -  Blackberry Torch 9860

 

 

Now problems is – camera quality is very bad, restart problem, flash light is too low according to previous handset, gap between back and front panel at top side(where is lock button), touching pad censer is not working properly, and joy stick is also loose as its use more n more.

It’s a very bad for that kind of product or brand. No one can reply of mails and no one solve the customer problems..

Can anyone update on this matter or I should go for other option which is Consumer Court?

Hi..

 

I had purchase blackberry 9860 handset before 2 months(19/07/012), but it have started many kinds problems like network drop, so much hanging, colors change of hardware, keypad color remove. & restart many time in a day . these all happen after 15 days of purchase date..   

 

We have submitted the same handset in blackberry service center at Faridabad (Haryana) on 26/09/012.

I have chasing regularly for my handset but I have not received any  stronger commitment from  service center and blackberry customer care.

Today I have call in customer care where I get contact no. of Mr. Parveen . He told me for send IMEINO. through SMS I have done the same. After that I have regularly contact the same person but he is not picking my calls..

 

Can Anybody confirm upon the same matter…? because my business effect by the same and if anything happen some wrong then blackberry responsible for the same.

If blackberry brand  have that kind of quality then it’s ok. we will going for other company devices.

As a user-to-user community, no one here can answer your question with any level of authority whatsoever. You may perhaps not have noticed the information at the top of every page of this site:

So, your escalation path is not here, in these forums. Rather, it is through your existing channels...even if they may so far have been not has helpful as you would desire. You have no free path by which to bypass them.
