My Torch will not connect to the internet all of a sudden and has always done so before?

Re: Connectivity

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner:

With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescirbed for most gltiches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

Re: Connectivity

Please go to your Manage Connections Screen > and make certain your Mobile Network is checked to connect.

Ok, see, I don't know what all you've done already, if you would, please let us know so we don't keep going back and forth with the "do this", "I've done that already" back and forth game.

Please tell me how you mean won't "connect to the internet"? Do you mean the browser won't work?

Are you getting emails? Does BlackBerry Messenger work?

Please look at you Manage Connections screen > Service Status.

What is the status for BlackBerry Internet Service?

On your homescreen, what is the signal indicator say? EDGE, edge, GPRS, gprs, 3G, or ?
