Contacts Not In Address Book

I have a Blackberry hooked up to an Ent. Server; after going to contacts, it apears that I have none.  Although, if I type in someones number, and call, their name comes up.   So it look like they're there somewhere, because it's grabbing their information, but how do I put them all in the address book?

Please use plain text.

Re: Contacts Not In Address Book

Are these contacts saved on the sim card, by chance? While in the address book, hit the menu key and select "Sim Phone Book" and see if that's where they are. If that's where they are then you can hit the menu key again and select "Add to Contacts" and it will move them to your address book.

Re: Contacts Not In Address Book

This didn't work. Guess I should mention it's a Torch 9800.

Re: Contacts Not In Address Book

What exactly didn't work? Were there no numbers saved there or were they there and not transferred over?

Also, try this: Go into address book, and hit the menu key. Select "Filter." Make sure no filters are selected.
