Could It Be corrupted or What

Facebook application is not showing and the other application are not opening after I updated the facebook application. The interna and external memory has also been corrupted. Pls what can i do about this.

1. On your homescreen, press the Menu key > SHOW ALL, so that SHOW ALL is checked.
2. Look in EACH folder on your device... Applications, Instant Messengers, Downloads, etc.
If you still don't see it, look at Options > Device > Applications. Do you see it listed there?

All is checked. And I have looked in all the folder, it wasn't there. And it is listed in the application. I have even done "wipe" of the device and re-install it back but still have same problem.

 

My memory card and inbuilt memory indicate that there is nothing inside again. even when i still add file to it.

Try this, delete the Facebook app from your device, you know how to do that?

Then, Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Finally, reinstall the app once again, from www.blackberry.com/facebook AND choose the SECOND option to download not through AppWorld.

Now, reboot the device again if asked and look for the app again.

 

IF you don't find it yet again, call MTN for technical support and ASK them to escalate this issue to RIM Tier 2 level support.
