Curve 9360 - BIS

HI

Please help me, I have a BB Torch and i'm currently using a company contract phone. I have asked them to activate my Bis with Vodacom but unfortunately they can't.

What can I do to activate my Bis?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

There is nothing you can do. You don't own the BB nor are you the holder of the contract with the service provider. Only the parties to the contract can make such requests.

Or, perhaps, do you mean that there is something wrong...that they are attempting, but are not successful? Please explain more fully, including exactly the symptoms you see on the device.
