DM 6 not allowing sync configuration

When configuring my Organizer sync on DM6, the check mark disappears after successfully configuring syncronization on all 4 Outlook items (calendar, contacts, etc) so I am unable to sync at all?????

Do you see any message come up such as the applications are configured for wireless synchronization? 

 

Is there any message that comes up after you complete the configuration?
