Good day

How long am i supposed to keep the email messages re data transfer

it says that it cant be deleted / moved but is starting to fill up my mailbox

Are you receiving Network@etp messages on your BlackBerry Torch smartphone? This KB article should provide more information on these messages. "What is a network@etp message" http://bbry.lv/IRztuY

If you are receiving these messages, I recommend having a look at the link to KB21849 in the Overview section of the above article for further causes and possible resolutions.
