Deleted Youtube

Hi Guys! So I accidentally deleted the original youtube that came with my blackberry torch 9810. I don't just want the youtube player off of app world I want to reinstall the original youtube. Any ideas how I can reinstall it? Thank you!

Any app that's preinstalled on your phone should be available for download from BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Plug your phone in to your PC and open BDS.  Click Applications in the left hand column and look for YouTube.  If you deleted it from your phone, the box beside it should be unchecked.  Checking that box and clicking Apply at the bottom of BDS should reinstall it.

I did the steps but the youtube application is not listed in the list of applications

OK, I wasn't sure if it would be there or not.

 

Since it was part of the OS loaded to your phone, reloading the entire OS will reinstall the YouTube app.  To do this, plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Once your phone has connected, click Device at the top of the software then click Restore.  From that list, choose the most recent restore point and reload it.  This will restore everything that was included in that OS including YouTube.
