Download of Blacbarry software on your Laptop

After searching for 24 hours on and off I finaly get to this forum and hope to find help. The rest of the blacbarry website is the most unfriendly puzzle to find support . I bouth a blacberry torch 3 weeks ago and need to synchronyze with my laptop. I downloaded it succesfully but it does not want to open I treid 5 times already and no error report only microsoft  tex boks to close the program and to send an error report to them.

My mimimum requirement on the laptop are enough. Can some one some where help. I am getting quite furstrated now.
