EMAIL PROBLEMS

I CAN USE THE INTERNET AND DOWN LOAD ON MY NEW PHONE. I F I TRY TO SYNC WITH MY SKY EMAIL ADDRESS IT FAILS AND SAYS IT CANNOT CONNECT WITH THE SERVER. ANYONE ANY IDEAS ?

hi i have been having problems opening up my email links on my blackberry torch and my network provider 3 have said that its not a problem at there end but a problem with blackberry or the companies sending the emails to me which sounds unrealistic.. anybody else having these kind of problems which can offer me some advice

Yes, I am having the same problem.  Vodafone have said the problem is with the Blackberry server but I don't know what to do about it or who to contact.

Would very much appreciate some help
