EMAIL & BBM

HI - I have the blackberry torch and all of a sudden my email doesn't work and neither does my bbm. I tried to connect with my husband on his new Q10 for BBM and then the email and bbm hasn't worked since. Can't send or receive any emails or bbm's. Texting still works. Thanks for your help!

Resend the service books to your phone. On your homescreen follow Setup>Email Accounts>(Menu Key)>Service Books>Resend Service Books.

Hey - thanks for your response when I go to setup>email - there is a green check mark on it but when I try to go into it I just get a little black square with a white line in it - for about .5 seconds.
