In the past 36 hours I now have a new symbol in the right upper corner of my device which overlays my connections icons. They symbol is a capital ES with a box around it. It appears each time I attempt to reply to a text message. In addition, every word in the texts that I author are now underlined, as though they are misspelled, even though they are not. I have attempted to turn the device on and off; turn on and off my connections; etc. I have had no luck searching for information on this - but it is as annoying as it can be...which unfortunately, adds to my even greater frustration and dissatisfaction with this device. Can you please explain what it means and how to remove it? Thank you.
