Email Address Set Up Not Validating

I replaced out my Blackberry Bold last night with the Torch 9800. The salesperson set it up and copied over photos also from the old memory card.  I use a Pin # to access the Blackberry.


Salesperson showed me in setttings area the two email accounts which needed to be validated which were carried over from my old settings.  Both email addresses had to be validated using their email passwords.  I use Google Apps email system.  I entered the correct password for each but neither email address which had been working find on the Bold can be validated using the Torch.  Help please!

I suggest you log onto your BIS account via a PC/browser rather than the device interface. You can find that via this portal:


If that still does not work, then you should contact your carrier for formal support as they manage your BIS account.
