Email Setup Problems

Hi there, :Helpsmilie:

 

Im having problems to receive email after I change my sim card, previously I'm using prepaid plan and incumbent I'm using postpaid, for the 1st and second week, everything seem running ok, then after that I started to notice that I'm not receiving and  can't sent email, it said my email has been SUSPENDED,

 

So deleted the old email to re create/setup new email, unfortunately my email account ( internet mail account ) is not working, when I clicked on it, nothing happen, the it return to setup window, when ever I try to exit the setup window my BB hang/stuck

 

Solution that I've done, sent for Java Loader/ reset to factory setting yet the problem not solve,
