I'm trying to set up my email account on the new Blackberry Torch 9800 - but when I type in my email address, it says Field Full before I finish typing in the address.  Any suggestions?

How many characters is your email address, including the @ and domain name?

See if this applies to you:

  • Your user name will appear before the @ sign in your BlackBerry email address. A user name begins with a letter or number and is between 1-32 characters in length.
