I've been using my Blackberry for email for years. Today, I received an email from RIM saying that I will no longer receive emails until I validate my email password. The instructions to do this require that I input my Blackberry user name and password but when I do, I get a message that they are incorrect and I should re-enter correctly. They work fine on the Blackberry website. What should I do?

For which email address you recieved the message to validate the email password , is it Windows Live™ Hotmail®, MSN®, or Bell Sympatico® ? If it is then refer to this Knowledge Base :
