My Carrier: O2

Emails won't send

When I try to send emails I just get a red x and general failure message. It doesn't make any difference if I've created a new message or simply responding. I've tried deleting the account and reinstating it and e-sending the service book. It worked before...

well annoying!

Please pul out the battery while your BlackBerry powered on and reinsert again.

Do you mean my network signal? It's fine and I was sat next to my broadband box and they still wouldn't send.
