End/Power Button

When I click on the End/Power button, the letters 'uo' appear indt he Web Suggestions from Bing. What happened to my BB? This just happened like THAT. I can't accept calls when they come in because the answer buttong (all the way to the left) doesn't work.  When you press that button the letters 'jk' appear in the Webs Suggestions for Bing. This is very annoying and I want my blackberry back. Any suggestions?

It sounds like your device got damaged or wet.
