Hello

 

I need your helpl please

This morning I can't use my phone I have a message error "MM6" my phone is a blackberry 9860

I have restart  same probleme

Information of my phone:

The message appear the morning when i try to call i have contact mr carrer they say there are no probleme.

So i have install new OS but the message it's always here 

I have look other forum they my phone is stolen it's not true.

You want my IMEI?

Can you send me  your BlackBerry smartphone PIN via Private Message?  You can display your PIN by typing 'myver' then pressing the space bar in any text field on your device.

After checking your PIN, I can see that your services are not currently activated on your device.  I don't see anything else to be concerned about.

 

Contact your provider to have your services re-activated again.
