Error id: 30702

I am having trouble opening my applications.  I receive the error message 30702 and please log in to continue, but no log in screen to continue.  Please help.

To Resolve the Issue please follow the suggestion provided in the Knowledge Base Article KB28212 .You can try those Workaround . Please try it and let us know.
