1. I have a unlimited data browsing plan from Vodafone Essar
2. I have upgraded my 9800 to 6.0.0.284 (862)
3. I have facebook version 1.8.0.49 installed
The problem I have is that none of my facebook calendar entries nor my contacts are syncing with my device.
Earlier ( facebook v 1.6) I had my address book contacts and facebook calendar events synced with my Bold 9000 and had no issues.
Now, somehow, on my 9800 I cannot see any upcoming birthdays nor are the contacts showing fb pictures.
I have :
1. Logged out, done a battery pull and logged in again.
2. Ran the set up wizard, unticked all options, logged out, did a battery pull and logged in again, ticked all options.
3. Uninstalled facebook, installed and tried both options above.
4. Reset my phone to factory settings and tried again.
All options have failed. Is there nobody else having this problem?
