Hi I've had my blackberry torch 9850 for a year. On a fairly regular basis I have to do a battery pull cause it freezes up. Recently as I pulled it out of my holster the screen remain blanked and the phone was unresponsive. I rebooted the phone and the same thing happened again. As I tried to reboot my phone again... The phone failed to boot. . The white bar reaches about 3/4 completion and then it just stops. Also it moves a lot faster wen it's booting ad start at around 15% rather than from the absolute beginning of the white bar. So i have no idea what to do with my phone and this has been going on since last night ....still no progress. Is there anything i can do?
Please help anyone!

Hello Smoothcurve and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue.
Are you able to reboot your device in Safe Mode as shown in KB17877?
Try to backup your user data using BlackBerry® Desktop Software and reinstall your software as shown in KB11320
Let me know how you make out.
Thanks!

Thanks HMthePirate and yes i've tried that. The phone is unresponsive and just continues to boot. It's very weird. I've deleted the OS and reinstalled it three different times with different OS's released by RIM. My problem is there just as much as it was before.
