this thing doesnt have a scratch, not even any fingerprints, I bet its new and they just say refurb..
also the lil white square sticker under where it says torch on the back after u take out back cover is white, just like the same sticker when I bought new..
according to att rep these sticker come in diff colors to identify whether the phone is new, repaired, or refurb..
NOTE: what looks like scruff marks is actually dust..
