HELP!! My 9810 froze during software update.

My phone has been stuck for over 24 hours in the Backing Up Your Data screen. The Overall Backup Progress is stuck at 12%. I have hooked up to computer and tried to do update from website but it gets stuck at 12% also. Any solutions???
