HELP for LOTS of THINGS

Hello!

 

I am using Blackberry Torch 9800. I am fed up with it.

 

I am not able to use Blackberry Maps. I download the Blackberry Maps Installer bu I cannot find it on my smartphone. Even thoguh I enter the options-device-maps, I cannot see anything.

 

I cannot use trackball. It is not working. What I have to do?

 

Please write me solutions for these problems. Thanks...

You may also want to verify with your wireless service provider that BlackBerry Maps is supported and your data services are active.
