My BlackBerry Torch shut down on me randomly, I've had this device since September of last year. At first it was on a reboot loop, where I was able to see the BlackBerry startup screen but then it would continue to reboot..
I've done everything:
I've done battery pulls, I've connected it to my laptop, I've started the loader as well, but because it continues to reboot, it disconnects and reconnects to the computer, which doesn't allow the loader access to the device. I've taken out the battery and have plugged it in to the charger, which in this case it does turn on, only to tell me that there isn't a battery in it. I've switched batteries as well, and have also tried different chargers. I've charged it over night, and I've taken out the battery for an hour, to a few minutes and put the battery back in. I've taken out the media card, the SIM card, I've tried different combinations, with them, without them. Sometimes, out the hundred times it reboots, I'll get the loader screen, but then it shuts down again. Is there still anything I can do to fix it?
