Factory reset/wipe my Torch 9800 once ive backed it up to my computer? Basically so theres no persoanl details left on it etc...........

 

Full factory reset please..........

Go to the Options icon on your homescreen, select Security>Security Wipe.  You'll be asked what you want to delete.  Check all the boxes that apply, then enter the word "blackberry" to confirm, then tap "Wipe."

 

Depending on how much stuff you have on the device, it could take awhile to completely wipe the device.
