Just sharing from my experience ...

 

When trying something and failed, before retrying it reboot your PC or laptop to reset the status of

the program. This usually has to be done when you are using MS Windows.

Restarted my laptop and its connected but the error says cannot connect to device, and when the device installation stage goes up it starts disconnecting and reconnecting then it fails to do anything I press retry and it does it all over again :smileysad:
