Re: Help!!!!!

HI and welcome to the forums!

Run the device self test and see if your radio has any errors.

The test will create a log file that you can use to discuss with your carrier.

Thanks,

Hi,

My point was the SIM card may be fine, but if your radio is not working you won't be able to communicate with the network. Running the test will help us pinpoint the problem and see if we can

help you fix it.

Thanks,

Re: Help!!!!!

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as additional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

So, call your carrier and inquire about having the BlackBerry Data Plan added to your account.

Good luck.

Re: Help!!!!!

Ok, then you need now to call MTN technical support and ask them to ESCALATE the call to RIM's own technical support. There's something greater going on.
