Hi... I had an error message JFM error??? then when I reset, the phone is not completing the start up and continues to reset.

Hello,

Please try to post again, this time using the body of the message editor so as to provide more details. For example, there is no such thing as a "JFM error"...there are "JVM" errors, but they also usually contain a numeric code, which is extremely important to diagnosing your issue correctly.

Please provide adequate details so that we can hopefully provide you with useful guidance.
