Options > Security > Security Information... do you have an IT Policy listed there?

i cant go to option button because when i click the "ok" the promt just keep on coming back i have tried hard reset soft reset and alt leftshift del the result is just the same ...thank you for your reply

On your home screen, click up at the top area.
Scroll down to Options.
Click on Security > Security Information.

im on my home screen right now the promt is still der ... when i click "ok" on the prompt the promt is still der

is der any other way for security wipe? because i cant access my option botton because the promt wont go ive tried hard reset and soft even alt left shift del
