My Carrier: Verizon

How do I know my Torch phone is charging when the phone is in the cradle? Is there info in the on-line manual, if so I can not find it

I am having trouble determining that my phone is charging while in the desk top charger.  I have gone to the knowledge base but cannot fing any reference to the procedure.

On the battery icon, onscreen, do you see any charging "electrical" symbol over the battery?

what if you press the turned arrow key once does it show a battery indicator?

Thank you for your time but I have contacted Verizon Wireless high level tech department and they provided me the solution.
