How to Play Music from 9800 Torch through PC speakers while connected via USB?

When I first got this phone, I found that I could play music from the phone, through the computer speakers while it was connected with the USB.

 

I now cannot seem to do that again. Can anyone explain how I did this before and how to do it now?
