I was using BB 9700 previously, running OS 5. When I plugged to the PC, languages and OS will appear under the "applications" in my Desktop Manager. However, it is not so for my new BB 9810 running OS 7. I am unable to amend my input language at my Desktop Manager.
I have called up my service provider and they were unable to come up with any remedy. Please help!

did you install your devices OS on your PC?
what version of desktop manager are you using?

The OS is already in my phone but I didn't see it in my PC. Am I suppose to download the OS on my PC too??
My Desktop Manager is version 6.1.0.35, the latest version. I even tried uninstalling and reinstall my DM. In addition, I tried in different PC and the problem still persists. My service provider even suggested me to disable my anti-virus software and all firewall. But it didn't help!

locate your carrier and the OS file you use.

run the OS installer after downloading
then connect to Desktop manager to add remove it

Hi there,
I have the same problem here, I'm triying to add spanish to my bb, after it was remove when I upgrade the version through the deskop software. My issue is that I run a OS 7 version for mac, so many of the advice and ways of add a language doesn't apperars in this software version...
Anyone can help me??
