Thanks for the quick reply.

 

This sounds like it is a data connection issue with your network service provider.  I would suggest contacting them and also try a new SIM card.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

 

There is no BIS account currently on the BlackBerry Storm 9530 smartphone.  There is also no data services as well.

You will need to add a BlackBerry data plan that features email.  This can be done by contacting your network service provider.
