How to reset my 9800?

After a software upgrade in Blackberry World, my 9800 now restart over and over again, but just not go into normal status. I'm in China Unicom network with OS6 I think. Is there kind of reset process that can make my phone back to normal?

Re: How to reset my 9800?

Wow. Bad advice not to tell the user that your instructions will delete ALL information, data, personal preferences, contacts and calendar from the device.

PLEASE perform a backup FIRST before wiping.

I would recommend first that you try to start your 9800 in SAFE MODE.

If it will start in Safe Mode, then it is likely an application that is keep your reboot from working.
