I have a torch 9860 and my contacts keep vanishing. How can I prevent that?

To better assist you with this issue, do you synchronize your contacts wirelessly ( BlackBerry® Enterprise or BlackBerry® Internet Service) or do you use the BlackBerry® Desktop Software? 

If you synchronize your contacts wirelessly with your email account using BlackBerry® Internetnet service, please verify if contact synchronization is enabled: 

Go to Setup> Select Email Settings or  Email accounts> Select  Internet Mail account> Highlight the email address and click  Menu key> Select Edit> Select Synchronization Options.
