I guess my phone now been block after couple of times typing my password.. It sucks because i just open and sent text but when i re open again, wont accept my password.. right now i am now able to read/send anything from my BBM torch 9810 ..
Any idea/help in this regard very much appreciated

Often users who have multiple numerals in their password will only press the ALT key for the first numeral and not those following, so for instance, if your password were "1234", you might have been pressing "Alt 1234" on the device, which makes the actual password to be "1ers".
Does that make sense? Does it sound familar to your usage?
So check the way you enter your password on the device... do you think you are entering multiple numbers but actually are not?

thank you! hmmmm yes i guess thats what i did, but i guess im doing that all the time.. now my problem is i guess its now block and says Enter " blackberry" to continue: i dont what this means, i type "blackberry" but when clicking ok it will gone and wont process!

After entering the incorrect password a set number of times (normally ten) your device will wipe itself of all personal data, preferences, messages, calendar, contacts, etc., and the device will again be ready to use as if almost new. If you have a backup of your data, you can restore that data to your device.
