Internet problems

Hello

Can anyone help me try and sort my BB torch. It keeps randomly disconnecting from the internet. When I go in to the service status is shows that my BB isn't connected to the BB internet service or the BB enterprise server.

Have you verified with your wireless provider that you have the correct BlackBerry® data plan?  On occasion, do you see that the services are connected?
