After doing a security wipe - deleting all data from a Blackberry Torch the device will no longer play the default "AT&T Tune" ring tone. Now, whenever that file is assigned as the phone's ring tone and you attempt to "try it" we now receive an error message on the phone that says: "Invalid ring tone selected, please make another selection". The phone played the AT&T Tune without a problem prior to the phone being wiped.
The phone is operating on the latest Blackberry OS 6 Bundle 2342. We have deactivated the phone's account on the Blackberry Enterprise Server and even done a clean install of a fresh version of the OS onto the Torch - without success. All other default ring tones still work. The problem is only with the "AT&T Tune" tone. The same thing has happened on two different torch devices. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
