I have recently updated OS 7.1 on my torch 9860
I am having some issues like
1. I am not been able to connect my device to Blackberry protect it shows that it is connecting but it never connects.
2. When i connect my device with desktop software it shows in applications that the modules of some applications are not instaled. How can i install those modules. Can anyone help me please.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with your BlackBerry® Protect™ app on your BlackBerry® Torch™ 9860 smartphone.
Since you updated your software to 7.1 I'd suggest you delete Protect and reboot. Reinstall a new copy of Protect (from either BlackBerry App World™) or go to www.blackberry.com/protect on your device browser to install it.
As for when you connect your device to the BlackBerry® Desktop Software, download and install your device software from your mobile carrier's site (click here). Reboot your computer then check to ensure your device software now appears.
