Keyboard -

[ Edited ]

Hi,

Is there an option to download a multi letter to key keyboard that can be used with predictive text? Have been trying to work with the suretype option but it is driving me insane. Basically want similar to suretype but in abc not qwerty format as I like using the touch screen but the letters are too small on full keyboard.. Can anyone help?? And yes I know I am a fossil for asking this and I should really move on but just much prefer the old style mobile phone text imput and this is really affecting my enjoyment of this phone as I like everything else about it!!

Many thanks

Liz

Re: Keyboard -

I know if you go to Text Messages, you're given the option to Enable Reduced Keyboard.  I think it's only available for text messages and I'm not sure if that's even what you're looking for exactly.

Atleast I tried. :smileywink:

Re: Keyboard -

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have tried that but the reduced keyboard options are either suretype (in a qwerty format) or multitap. All I want is an reduced keyboard in abc format that you can use predictive texting - like all other phones I have had in the past! I really am struggling with the touchscreen full keyboard.

I will keep trying to find this option if available and would love to hear from anyone else who may be able to help

Thanks again

Liz

Re: Keyboard -

Isn't the you want is the reduced 14 keys? Just like the keyboard for old mobile phones? ABC DEF GHI JKL MNO PQRS TUV WXYZ?

Try the multi tap reduced keyboard then. I love it. Just like I needed.
