Have you any issues with the SIM card filling with text messages? I have been searching everywhere on fixing the issue with 9800 series but can only find answers on earlier models. I support over 300 Blackberrys and have just started giving out 9800 models. With the SIM issue, users are reluctant to accept them. Any ideas?

Dan, you ought to start a separate thread about that issue.  I have not seen it on 9800 models, only 9900 and 9810 models on OS7.

Anyway, this update is good from all I have read.

Be warned! I just upgraded my OS and the phone deteted all my program registration info and settings, my bookmarks, and all my contacts. Since I had two lists, only one was restored when synced, and none of the other stuff.

Thankfully, BlackBerry Travel restored my itinerary for my rather complicated dive trip to the Phillipines when I went online.

And what did I get from the "upgrade"? Nothing I can see. I didn't have a problem before.

I will SELL THIS PHONE before I upgrade again. BlackBerry....get a clue!

i upgraded friday and have had no probs so far fingers crossed it stays that way
