That is normal for application licenses and registration. Happens every time, as you are essentially wiping the device.

You can restore your bookmarks from a previous backup, as well as your contacts.

I Have OS 6.0.0.600 and wanted to know if I should upgrade? Is it faster or does battery last longer or is there anything better than .600?
I have .600 and love it. However, one of my friends has upgraded to the .666 and says its the best OS yet, longer battery life and its faster. I have yet to give it a try.
