I deleted 2 apps and 2 or 3 themes to clear up space on my phone, then I did the reboot as requested in the Blackberry APP World.
When it restarted, I couldn't get to my home screen, I put in my phone password and my encryption password and nothing just a frozen screen of where I was previously at , I could use the apps I recently used and open my messages and use the phone but nothing else.
I pulled the battery, SIM card, SD card and tried the safe mode thing, nothing works .....
Help please !!!
