On your Home screen go to Options - Device - Application Management - See if BBM is there if it is than delete it from there.Then do a battery pull restart .Again from your BlackBerry Browser go to www.blackberry.com/bbm and Install BBM on your device and see if problem resolves.
Click " Like " if you want to Thank someone.
If Problem Resolves mark the post(s) as " Solution ", so that other can make use of it.
