MMS Failure PLEASE HELP!!!!

I'm currently having issues sending MMS messages. In the network options, the Data Service setting is "On" and in the Messaging Options, the MMS Mutimedia Reception setting is "Always" and the MMS Automatic Retrieval setting is "Always". For some reason, I cannot send MMS messages although they are allowed in my data plan. The phone I am using is a Blackberry Torch 9800.

If you are sure that your data plan allows MMS then please try those steps in a sequence :

 

1- Register your Handheld .

  • KB00510 : How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network
  • Wait till a Registration messages comes in your message box.

2- Resend your Service Book

  • KB02830 : Send the service books for the BlackBerry Internet Service
  • ( Wait till a registration messages comes for each email you have configured on your device )

3-  Then perform a battery pull restart like this while the device is powered On remove your battery wait for a min. then reinsert it back.

 

Try those steps but if problem persist then I wish you call your Carrier to know about the issue.

                       Are you having BIS or a normal Data plan, if you are having BIS then you should have received that registration message. So I think you should call you carrier to know if your account is provisioned with MMS facility.
